At Cushion Lab, we want you to experience ultimate comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the cushions in their original packaging or a similar sized box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
